91ÆÞÓÑ

For the purposes of data protection legislation the 91ÆÞÓÑ is required to obtain your consent to process your personal data and, if the Pupil is under the age of sixteen (16), your consent to process the Pupil’s personal data. If the Pupil is over the age of sixteen (16), they are required to sign this form as well. The 91ÆÞÓÑ shall process personal data (i) as set out in the Data Protection Policy, (ii) in order to comply with any court order, request from or referral to an appropriate authority, or legal, regulatory or good practice requirement, and (iii) to perform our obligations under this Application Form, and where otherwise may reasonably be necessary for the 91ÆÞÓÑ’s purposes.

If the above named candidate is accepted and admitted to Basil Paterson, I hereby undertake for myself and for him/her/them to observe the Rules and Regulations of The 91ÆÞÓÑ. I agree to ensure that all fees are duly paid in advance and, to give at least a term’s notice in writing to the 91ÆÞÓÑ of the intention to withdraw the candidate from Basil Paterson. I also understand that the 91ÆÞÓÑ reserves the right to withdraw or to dismiss any pupil for any reason which in their discretion may appear to make such withdrawal or dismissal necessary, and, in that event, I agree that I shall be liable to pay the full term’s fees notwithstanding the withdrawal or dismissal.
